I had never heard of matcha powder before I recieved this product. Luckily this powder came with a a free Matcha powder Ebook that I could read everything about it. The picture below show the product and the just of the benefits.

"It’s how all the antioxidants say hello!" - I love it :) It doesn’t smell bad.
The big thing that stood out to me was the big bold 137X ANTIOXIDENTS. Mostly because I was starting to catch something. I am the type of person, that if someone with a cold even looks at me, I get sick. So what so I do? Grab a spoon and try some. Straight out the bag. Hey, I was on my way out the door to work and hoping for a miracle!
This is a verry fine powder. I washed it down down with some Mountain Dew. So very healthy I know. I don’t know if this a miracle product, but I can say that by the end of the day I was no longer sniffling!
It is important to point out that culinary grade powder, so it is to be used in recipes, not to be made as a tea. The Ebook that they include has a ton of ideas in it. It appears that you can throw it in to anything that you happen to make.
I looked through the recipes for one that was quick, easy, and something that I had all the ingredients. Having all the ingredients is kind of important. I had to make some substitutions…
The mint milkshake looked absolutely delicious, but I didn’t have everything. So I settled for the iced ginger matcha. I just had to switch out the limes for lemons. Then I found a fly in my honey… So that had to go.
I’m not going to lie. The green color through me off.
I didn’t want to try it.
But I took a sip and was pleasantly surprised! I could taste the citrus, ginger and sugar I mixed in. I didn’t specifically taste the matcha. I know honey would have complimented it better, but flies.
I finished my matcha cocktail.
